Students will follow a hybrid schedule Tuesday through Friday - with in person learning starting at 8:10 am with a 11:45 am dismissal, while students that will be continuing with distance learning starts at 12:30 pm with a 2:35 pm dismissal. Students that will be returning to in-person learning have already been notified by a previous phone message. For students that take the bus to school, you will pick up your bus at your normal pick up location. Daily health screening will occur when entering campus and masks will be required for all students and staff while on campus. Attached are copies of the FMS hybrid schedule, as well as a school map for new students to refer to. While e are excited to have students back on campus, we will follow our safety protocols to ensure the safety of each student and staff member. We will continue to work hard and finish strong during this transition period.
Firebaugh Middle School will continue with distance learning on Thursday, March 22nd, and not start in-person instruction next week.
Monday-All Classes (Period 1-7) will be distance learning following the same Monday DL schedule as before.
Firebaugh Middle School would like to share how grateful they are to work with such an amazing group of kids in such a wonderful community. Stay safe and healthy during the holidays and as always - work hard and finish strong!

We are back with Episode 4 of "The Working Hard" video podcast, featuring FHS graduate Amel Yehia. As Amel shares her educational story, she also shares the story of the teachers that impacted her life. Kudos to Matt Alkire, Michael Barragan, Lizzy St. Lucia, Nancy Madrigal and former FMS teacher Kevin Mitsuoka. We will never realize the impact that our words and actions have on our students until we hear them first hand. Thank you for all that you do!
